Refunds

The items for sale have all have had a previous life. Please refer to the photographs for condition, I always describe items as accurately as possible. Buyers should expect minor imperfections such as scratches and scrapes, dints and dents. These are part of the items previous life.

All product dimensions are approximate.

Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you wish to return items. To do so, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and return your item(s) (in their original condition and packaging) within 28 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges.

We are unable to accept responsibility for your returned item until we receive it in the condition that it left us and therefore recommend that you retain proof of postage. Return delivery charges are non-refundable.

If a return is agreed, please return the item in the original packaging and insure the item against loss or damage in transit with your chosen carrier. Transport and insurance costs cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, providing that it is undamaged.

If an item is damaged or lost, it is your responsibility to pursue any claims with the carrier.

Shipping

Our items are delivered by Royal Mail and Hermes. We aim to despatch all orders within a maximum of 3 working days.
