I was instantly drawn to this portrait, something in his eyes and the colours was just wow! Im not sure if its a lithograph or directly painted on paper yet mounted on card which is then covered in paper from Durham Cathedral. Maybe he was linked to Durham? It really is a stunning painting. I took him out of the glassed frame to photograph him, unfortunately I can’t find the pins to hold the back on, although it just needs teeny pins. He would grace any collection
